Is it a good idea to put the 2021 trax wheels and tires on a 2019 RAM Rebel that has air ride suspension? need insights on this guys, so I wouldn't mess this up
Mixing components between vehicles can be a roll of the dice. The '21 Trax wheels may not align with the Rebel's bolt pattern or offset and the air ride suspension adds another layer of complexity. Have you confirmed the bolt patterns and load ratings match up?Is it a good idea to put the 2021 trax wheels and tires on a 2019 RAM Rebel that has air ride suspension? need insights on this guys, so I wouldn't mess this up
Not a good idea. Tiny Trax wheels will look awkward for sure. It's gonna affect the performance, braking, and stability. So better stick with the truck-rated ones.Is it a good idea to put the 2021 trax wheels and tires on a 2019 RAM Rebel that has air ride suspension? need insights on this guys, so I wouldn't mess this up
It's a no-go like what others said due to differences in bolt patterns, offset, load rating and size for your truck. Maybe explore aftermarket wheels and tires specifically designed for RAM Rebel? BFGoodrich, Fuel Off-Road and Method Race Wheels are popular options! Is it a good idea to put the 2021 trax wheels and tires on a 2019 RAM Rebel that has air ride suspension? need insights on this guys, so I wouldn't mess this up
I've done a similar swap before,TRX wheels can definitely fit, but you might need to add some 1.5" spacers for UCA clearance. You'll also want to trim the liners a little and recalibrate the TPMS. Since air ride introduces some extra factors, be sure to check the clearance at all ride heights. It's totaly worth it if you'r into that stanceIs it a good idea to put the 2021 trax wheels and tires on a 2019 RAM Rebel that has air ride suspension? need insights on this guys, so I wouldn't mess this up
For the TPMS recalibration, is that something a regular tire shop can handle, or it need a specific tool?I've done a similar swap before,TRX wheels can definitely fit, but you might need to add some 1.5" spacers for UCA clearance.
