Fitting 35" tires on a '17 Rebel is possible but rubbing might occur in certain modes or at full turn. Adding spacers or a small lift can help clear tight spots and keep things running smooth.
It can just barely fit but then I'd recommend a 2" front leveling kit to clear 35s. It's doable but you might need to trim a bit.
I've put 35s on a '17 Rebel, and you'll definitely need a 2 lift in the front. You might still get a little rubbing when you turn all the way without trimming the liners or moving the mud flaps. But it's worth it! It really changed how the truck looks and rides
