Want to buy winch similar like the power wagon

My dad wants to buy a kit to keep the stock bumper but have a winch behind like the power wagon has and a brush guard so that he can be safe from the whatever animals coming. Has anyone done this? I saw a kit but idk how they turn out. Any comments and recommendations would be appreciated
