Recently i constantly got this message "device not connected" on my 2020 ram rebel's android auto. I tried switching to a new cable, but it doesn't seem to work. Anyone has the same issue?
I second this, each time i try to connect any phone to any car with a cheap Chinese cable there is some kind of a problemthe most common problem for this is usually the usb cable, so you can try a different one, preferably a high quality one

The cable or probably try the classic turn off then it turn back on on your phone. it might help
I had a similar problem with mine as well. It turned out that the USB port was acting up. I ended up cleaning it and switching to a different port, and it worked perfectly! You might want to give that a shot, or maybe even do a quick reset on the head unit. These devices can definitley be a bit temperamental at times.Recently i constantly got this message "device not connected" on my 2020 ram rebel's android auto.
